As a stand-alone component, a Warehouse Execution System (WES) helps organizing and optimizing activity flow within a warehouse or a distribution center. Often though, a WES will refer to a system that encompasses both WMS and WCS functionality.
Our Order Management, Waving, and Workload Balancing modules provide the tools need to allow operations to organize and plan the activities in a day and complement our WMS and WCS modules provide a full warehouse solution. Even with the ability to handle the smallest details of an order, our customizable rules allows for much of the process to be automated, requiring very little input from operations. This provides operations the flexibility to configure and use the system in a way that matches their normal operating procedures along with visibility to track progress throughout the day.
